Bare & Sweet was founded by sugar queen and skincare expert, Chelsea King, who has owned a successful boutique skin spa in Wilmington, North Carolina for over six years. When she first moved to Wilmington from Charleston, no one knew what sugaring was. After opening her doors, she converted her waxing clients, one by one, into loyal sugaring fans and educated them about the benefits of sugaring as an all-natural hair removal alternative. She built her business from the ground up and has doubled her revenue each year, and now, she’s helping you do the same.
Chelsea started Bare & Sweet with the intention of equipping estheticians everywhere with the tools and training they need to thrive. She is deeply passionate about skincare and educating others about the best, safest skincare as well as the efficacy of products. She is known in the industry for debunking beauty myths and misinformation by exposing skincare trends and products that are making false claims.
